Start a Return

Before You Start

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Only one return request may be submitted per order. Please include all items you wish to return in the same request.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of authorization.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
  • Swimwear must be unworn and have the original hygiene liner attached, where applicable.
  • Items must be free of scents or odors, including body odor, perfume, deodorant, smoke, vaping residue, pet odors, and household fragrances.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • If your return lowers the value of the items you keep below the free-shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • All international returns must be shipped to our Canadian warehouse.
  • U.S. customers must ship returns through USPS. Returns sent through UPS, FedEx, or another private courier may be refused and returned to the sender.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final Sale items
  • Underwear, lingerie bottoms, and other intimate garments designed to be worn directly against the lower body
  • Opened or used Health & Beauty items
  • Fragrances
  • Items with missing or detached tags
  • Washed, worn, or altered items
  • Swimwear with a missing or detached hygiene liner, where applicable
  • Items with any detectable scents or odors, including body odor, perfume, deodorant, smoke, vaping residue, pet odors, and household fragrances
