RETURNS FOR QUALIFIED ITEMS CAN BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Return requests are limited to 1 per order/invoice.  You may return multiple qualifying items per request, they just have to be returned at the same time.

If you choose a store credit and the item does not meet the conditions and quality, the amount of the item will be deducted from the original store credit.

For Canadian returns you can take advantage of our cost sharing discounted flat rate or use a courier of your choice.

We are unable to accept returns for the following items.

  • Swimwear
  • Intimate bottoms
  • Health and Beauty items
  • Fragrance items
  • Perishables
  • Items Marked as "Final Sale"
  • Missing/Detached Tags
  • Washed, worn, altered items
  • Heavy scents/odor on item (including fabric fresheners)
